We are currenlty under construction 1745 Highway17 in Guyton GA!

-Civil Eng is 70% Completed

-Building Eng is 90% Completed

 

Our next phase is currently with the Federal Army Corps of Engs waiting on our request to have 1.6 Acres of land deemed "isolated" wetland. This will allow us to utilize this portion of land instead of it being wasted.

We also are currently underway for getting a well and utility power located on the property.
